Here is the Drakkar picture

The Drakkar is a style of ship, used by the Vikings for their various conquests. This style of boat appeared much earlier, but it is in the Middle Ages, at the time of the Vikings that it developed, with the aim of going to war or transporting goods

We have designed our own logos, 13 in total, each representing a strong element of the Nordic mythology, be it a god, a symbol or a legend. It was important to us to put them on various everyday products, to remind you at all times of your interest in Nordic mythology.

Our paintings are printed with a museum quality : a thick and resistant mat paper. It will sublimate your interior thanks to its sober, but effective design

  • Paper thickness : 10,3 mil
  • Paper weight: 189 g/m² (5.57 oz/y²)

If you think that the Viking ship is not the right symbol for you, you can see the painting of Odin the god of gods which may be a better symbol for you.

But if you are not only looking for paintings, then there are viking accessories which will surely please you !

What is a Drakkar?

Actually dear visitor, a drakkar is simply a boat that is shaped like a dragon. For Drakkar in Old Norse means dragon. Did you already know that? Ok great, that's very arrogant.

The Vikings to scare the shit out of their enemies adopted the dragon symbol and slapped it on all their ships. So they are known to be pro drakkar sailors.

A little note though, Vikings don't call their ships that. It was just Viking fans who democratized the term.

Vikings' navigation

If you've seen the Vikings series you know that they used "Sunstone" to find their way around the sea. Just look through it to conclude the position of the sun and then rectify your course if necessary. With this most ingenious process, come rain or shine, a Viking could keep the West!
