Orders are shipped within 24 hours. The delivery time is between 7 and 10 days. We work with artisans from all over the world, the delay depends on the manufacturing time. For more information please read our Shipping Policy.
Don't worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately by email at, we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made. However, we invite you to contact us by email if this is the case for you.

We operate from France but the packages are shipped from different warehouses located in Asia and the European Union.
Don't worry, your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox if its size allows it. If not, your package will be dropped off at the nearest post office where you can pick it up within 15 days.
First of all, we apologize if this happens. Just send us a picture of the damaged product and your order number to the following address:, after which we will proceed to return your order.
If your order has not been delivered after 10 days, this is not normal. If you think that the waiting time is too long, you can contact us by e-mail at, our customer service will do everything possible to find a solution. In any case, don't worry, you will receive your order.
Once an order is placed, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at within 12 hours. If you contact us before your order is processed, you will be refunded without any problem. By default we offer a refund by voucher for the amount of your order that had a problem. If you would like a refund, please contact support with your order number and an explanation of the problem. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express but also by Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers or payments on receipt.
